There’s a place I can go, let me take you there There’s someone I know like a type comes and goes She led me to the shore, magic and gravity explore
Look at me I’m the sky, star fields in your eye Bring the distance to you, ‘cross the path of the moon
She found me lost at sea, riding waves of make believe Drowning at the waters edge, the anchors in my mind mislead Look at me I’m the sky, star fields in your eye Bring the distance to you, cross the path of the moon
She stands in looks a gold glow, the clouds dissolve, my eye’s are full Behind a haze the world I crave, nevermore the night than day There’s a place I can go, let me take you there Kiss the sun, let it shine, life in new is life full mine
Look at me I’m the sky, star fields in your eye Bring the distance to you, cross the path of the moon Look at me I’m the sky, star fields in your eyes Bring the distance to you, cross the path of the moon
There’s a place... There’s a place…
Look’n for a shadow, look into the light It’s inside my mind yeah, that would be all right You’ve got the power, schooled by light
Tell me what to do, I‘ve got to get to you, you know what I mean Down on, down on my knees again. I cannot pretend you know what I need Down on, down on my knees again, down on my knees
Show what I know, three words that work for you Justice once was all I said, was that really you? It played back on my pounding heart, what do we do now? I told you of angeling sleep, it’s time I slept it out
Living for a feeling, feeling for to live I’ve got to in my head I just want to give You’ve got the power won’t you let me in?
Down on, down on my knees again. I cannot escape in my wild-eyed dreams Down on, down on my knees again. Down on my knees
Down on, down on my knees again. I cannot pretend you know what I need Down on, down on my knees again.
Down on my knees, down on, down, down, down, on my knees I cannot escape you know what I mean…
Shine on me, winter to beg wait and see The wind brings a change suddenly The past has become its just out of reach And it’s getting me high, so shine on me
Seasons anew awaken me, Mother Nature, blessed be Press your hands up to the sky all we need to know is why Doesn’t matter I talk in jest, rearrange your best regrets The night falls down behind the sun, love to love you lonely one
Shine on me, winter to beg wait and see The wind brings a change its just out of reach And it’s getting me high, so shine on me
Shine on me, Shine on me Shine on me, Shine… Shine on me, Shine
Shine on me
Maybe my mistake was giving just to take So much of you that you hide in the mirrors of your eyes never walk that I can climb A window to your world, I can see past the pain were you never sane? Can this be my name holding over shed it this way
Living in your memory meant that time that’s meant to be maybe I can laugh at other faces in your past think about the future let it take you back, let it take you back
A window to your world, I can see past the pain were you never said it? Can this be my name holding ever sure they climb will you share it this way A window to your world, I can see past the pain where you never meant it? Can this be my name holding ever sure they climb will share it this way
This way
My head is reelin’ I got no time for shame My head is reelin’ Play the game
There is one way to travel this space and time And I think I am just losing my mind Things like these will work out it takes time
Run over there run over here Was it so loud that I just can’t hear Lookin’ for light searchin’ in the dark Fires burn’ in where there is no spark
I think I am just losing my mind
I know I’m feeling grateful a place to hide Break all my glory down inside, come inside
My thoughts deceiving My souls reveal in ties They are the paupers die a Mime Die, die in Mime
There is only time to get through one more life And I think I am just losing my mind
Thinks…
I’ve got this feelin’ You know there ain’t no doubt I’ve got this feelin’ work it out!
Rock it out!
My head is reelin’ I’ve got no time for shame My head is reelin’ play the game
Play the game!
There is one way to travel through space and time And I think I am just losing my mind Things like these will work out it takes time
Run over there run over here What’s this about that I just can’t hear Lookin’ for light searching in the dark Fires burn’ in where there is no spark
I think I am just losing my mind There is only time to get through one more life And I think I am just losing my mind
My mind
My, my mind
There’s only you
Riding on the lightning the strength you need flows through Drowning in the fashion the sensual feeds you Feeling nothing better, your satisfied we’re through You just keep searching for the high that’s new, there’s only you
Time is up the news is out You always sneak right through The answers never wink at you They drift and pass, pass by you
Ride the seas the sacred few Your walk is way past through Secret lies with honest eyes You never realize your aim is true, your aim is true
Walking in your shadows the crowd still leads you on Drowning in the fashion you reach out for the dawn Feeling nothing better your satisfied we’re through You got to understand the high is you…
There’s only you, there’s only you
Only you…
Times are hard the past is better left behind… Listening to your soul the pictures yet to come… Searching from within you find your thoughts still fall through Riding in the lightning the strength you need flows through
Drowning in the fashion the sensual needs you Feeling nothing better your satisfied we’re through You just keep searching for the high… that’s you!
